Neighbor dispute over dog waste in Philadelphia ends in fatal shooting: We end, again, on a serious note; last week it a dog poop dispute between neighbors ended in an assault, but this week, things reached a disturbing and tragic low. A man in Philadelphia shot and killed his neighbor after an argument over the killer’s dogs defecating in the victim’s lawn. Dog poop fights may seem funny, but this is just plain sad.
